Email Newsletter Problems:
If you are not receiving our free newsletter but have signed up for it, be sure that you and your Internet Service Provider are not blocking the domain "@consumerlab.com". You should also add this address to the “safe list” in your email settings to be sure that the newsletter does not end up in your junk mail. You may also want to confirm that we have your current e-mail address. Type your email address into the box on the newsletter sign up page. The system will either add your new address or inform you that you have already signed up.
We do not send attachments with our newsletters. If you receive an attachment with a newsletter, you can ignore it. Some Internet service providers, such as AOL, remove graphics from messages and place them in attachments. The graphics are not important to the substance of the message.

Printing Reports:
You are welcome to print out reports for your individual use. The pages are formatted to fit on most modern systems, but if the sides of the pages are being cut off on your print out, reduce the page to about 75% of the normal size. This can from your browser. Using Internet Explorer, for example, this can be done by clicking in File > Page Set Up > Printer > Properties and then clicking on an option to change printing effects in order to reduce the image size.
